there are some issues with the game, but i still think it’s great.

Love the game, but it´s a 3/5 for me. The Base game gets a little boring after a while. With mods it´s something else. 4/5 or 4.5/5.

You know, I don’t understand rating something the absolute highest it can be (5/5, 10/10, etc.), because that should mean that it’s the PERFECT game, which is quite impossible. Though, with so many games being rated as such, I suppose that no longer means it’s the “perfect” game, but rather just a really great game.
What I’m trying to say here is that rating systems are pointless. They apparently mean something different to everyone, and don’t make much sense. The ONLY rating system that works is a like/dislike system.
