What am I missing for the MMO?

I havent been able to got pass medium games so it wont let me do an MMO. What am I missing to advance higher?

I think you unlock large games once you have 6 workers. Not sure though but it unlocks automatically. Or maybe you need a certain number of medium games first.

you need to be in level 3

@rosebud @Minister_Max: I think I have done around 20 medium games and I finally reached the office where you can have 6 workers and the different departments. I still have yet to get it to unlock

Unlocking the large games doesn’t require the level3 office. But it requires 4 employees (which i would say is still one person short on making a decent large game). But i also had to wait some time after gaining my 4th employee till i could research large games.
Maybe one person has to be at level7?

I just hired my 5th worker and most of the other staff is around lvl 7
