I am buying the game, but why does it want my billing adress?
Don’t i get a code that i can activate the game it? Or do you send physical copy of it???
you get a download link. Our payment provider wants the address in case there is anything wrong with either your order or our product… they said that this will go away after we had the product with them for a while. But if i now buy the game legally, the piracy thing wont come ingame later?

But hey, look at me now, about to buy the game 
no, it won’t come in the normal version. the real game will install over your pirated version anyway.
