So, again after many tries I wanna again try to make tycoon game, but I don’t know what about it will be.
@Haxor suggested Music Tycoon, but I don’t think it’s good idea.
Oh and I don’t know even if I finish it 
(like I started secretly with @Haxor creating Movie Tycoon - we done awesome work, but never finished it).

Anyway.
My other suggestions except for music:
movies (lol), software(not only games), hardware(would be a competitor for HardwareZ), restaurants, vehicles(from cars throught submarines to stealth bombers), weapons, plantes, lifes, universes, humans, websites, buildings(from shacks to office skyscrapers), other stuff like. foods etc…
A space tycoon game would be pretty cool. I guess there is always Kerbal Space Program… I like the idea of a Movie Tycoon! The one on steam greenlight doesn’t look that good… I think a Movie Tycoon could be really good, if it was done right.

There’s some I could think of.
Almost all of the games you listed are mediocre at best or not even released yet. A tycoon game needs to have depth, customization, replayability (I know, it’s not a word) and–in most cases–correct/realistic outcomes and simulations, just to name a few.
This isn’t really aimed towards you and more towards everyone, in general. Just cause a certain type of tycoon has already been done before doesn’t mean it can’t be done again and better.
P.S. Grammatically speaking, this post was meh. But it’s late and I’m tired, so try to look past it.

Well I had the demo, It was… almost good. Like 5 or 6/10.
I know it was just a demo, but I don’t really think I would buy it.

I’m not sure about you but I was just recommending games to him. I have never said those are the only (good) ones. Plus Showtime! is far better than mediocre.

It was my first game dev kind of game so of course I love it. I played it even before it was on Steam :3
I ended on this topic while searching for something through the majestic Google.
I just want to mention that I have been working for a while now on a Stinky Sock Tycoon, a Tycoon game in which you have to manage, improve and make money out of a dirty, broken, old sock. The core idea is that people come from around the world to see your sock. You can add holes, add more stench, evolve it with mold, mushrooms, give it life, and other dumbish ideas :)) It is not my most serious (or prioritized project) but it is there.
