Transer the game to another computer

If I buy the game on one computer can I transfer it to my other main computer? Or do I have to wait until the game arrives on Steam?

I’d assume you could just install it on any pc, since it’s a exe file and has no code to enter and it’s DRM free.

I’m playing on a pretty shitty computer right now and the game lags on it, so i need to be “really” sure that I can transfer it to another computer:/
