Movies:

  1. Inside Out (2015)
This movie put Children of Men, The Lego Movie, and 17 Again (my 5th, 4th, and 1st favorite movies consecutively) to shame. This movie… Oh GOD, this MOVIE. It’s absolutely amazeballs. To put it simply; it’s classic Pixar goodness. It’s about a little girl named Riley Rillington McRizzleMaDizzle (okay, maybe not) living her life after moving from happy hockey Minnesota to boring buzzing San Fransisco as her emotions, Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, help her live her hard new life. It’s amazing. Now go watch it.
  2. Hot Fuzz (2007)
A comedy film starring Stuart Ashen Simon Pegg as Nick Angel, a police constable transferred from high density London to small picturesque town Sandford. He thinks it’s a normal boring old village until he discovered something peculiar… someone not leaving a tip at a restaurant! Anyways, this is a great film too. Go watch it.
  3. Groundhog Day (1993)
TV weatherman Phil Connors finds himself reporting the weather by an absolutely scientific way of telling the weather with the power of the groundhog* Punxsutawney Phil in Punxsutawney, Philadelphia. Misanthropic as he is, he tries to get his job done as quickly as possible, as he wants to leave, NOW. After reporting the news on February the 2nd, he sends himself and his crew back to Pittsburgh. But due to a blizzard, a snowpile blocks the way back to Pittsburgh and they were stuck in Punxsutawney until tomorrow. Frustrated, he goes back to the town, and sleeps the night out. Only to find out he’s stuck in a time loop, repeating the 2nd of February over and over again. It really explores deep into the psychology of human nature (yes it does get this deep), I like that.

*weather-telling by means of groundhog crawling out of the ground may not be 100% accurate

Series:

  1. Game of Thrones
A series where everyone dies. Now go watch it.

  2. Warehouse 13 (ended)
If you like sci-fi or SciFi, you’d probably have heard of this show by now. It’s a science fiction series based around history. Basically, this show focuses around archaeological artifacts and its supernatural power when taken into the right hands. It’s sort of drama-ish, half comedy-ish with history sprinkled in. It has great acting and a good way of showing how a story should be told, not to mention the character developments. It also has Saul Rubinek in it (need I say more?). It has ended, sadly, running for 5 years until its eventual demise after 5 seasons and 64 episodes. I recommend you watch it from beginning to end if you’re interested, but you can also start from any episode in season 1 or 2, but not 3, because that’s where it ups its ante really quickly with its story. Frankly, the finale is shit, but it’s still a good show.

  3. The Mentalist (ended)
Psychic con man Patrick Jane gets recruited to be the consultant of the California Bureau of Investigation in Sacramento. Rather than focusing on investigation, this show centers around the sociology of criminal activities and how a criminal would hide their crimes after the act. Fanterrifitastic acting done by both Simon Baker and Robin Tunney; and directed by Bruno Heller, this show is just an amazing show to watch. You can basically start with any episode of every season except for seasons 6 and 7, because that’s when things, really start to pick up. It also has a saga between Jane and the Red John Killer, a psychotic anonymous (duh) murderer whom had killed Jane’s family, with Jane willing to do anything, even the extremes, to stop him form hurting anyone else. 10/10 would recommend.

Finally, someone with some taste! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Tastes differ, but everyone has an equal amount of taste. Humans find others with the same taste as people with taste, while in reality they have the same taste. This particular pattern goes into how humans don’t trust anything different.

  2. The Hunger Games Catching Fire
  3. Tie between Divergent, Insurgent, Harry Potter 7 pt2
