Tooltips please

Hello everyone,

I’d like to see much more tooltips. I know, that this would bring into the game much more text, but this will help alot.

Sometimes I ask myself what skills are needed for this or what is this and this good for.

Press Alt + mouseover would be a nice Implementation for those, who want see a tooltip to everything in the game.

I’m confused at this, skills? Do you mean the exp you gain in each category at the end of game development? If so, they are pretty obvious, e.g. Graphics skill works with Graphics bar.
