We don’t track any user entered data such as game names or company names. We do track general usage (example: what year do people go bankrupt, what research items are completed etc.). None of this can be used to identify a person, it’s anonymous and we only see the data in an aggregated state.

sorry mate you realize you’re on the internet, and just from reviewing your username i’ve uncovered your ip, home adress, hmoe phone, i can attempt to remote access your computer if i wish, but I will not.
anyway the point is, anyone can discover anything they wish about you, and 90% of websites these days do access select files on your computer, so yeah hope this will maybe help you relax and not be so pedantic, or you’ll turn away from the internet forever, either way your privacy has and will continue to be invaded.

You know you’re contradicting yourself right? In the first post you said that you don’t want to purchase the game because you thought they can see the names’ of companies and games you make in the game, which according to @PatrickKlug he replied as data which goes through from your computer and their server is anonymous as regards to names you create within the game and they only collect numeric data.
Now in your last post you mentioned and I quote: “i just will not give out my $10 to them if they will not give me an option to opt out of the anonymous data being sent”, You said it right anonymous which means:

: not named or identified
: made or done by someone unknown
: not distinct or noticeable : lacking interesting or unusual characteristics**
They cannot see who the person is sending the data to their server, so are they going to identify your personal data and which company is going to risk their business to get personal information about individuals no one is going to do that because it is against the law and you as the customer/client however you want to call yourself, you are covered by those rules/regulations which you normally don’t read which are called “Terms & Conditions”.
Network engineers should be able to fix their Caps key.
