Hey, so I bought Game Dev Tycoon through paypal and have changed my email on paypal will I get the key for it on steam to my main paypal email? (my G Mail account)

You will get it sent to the e-mail you bought the game on.

so when do we get the keys?
I imagine it will go to whatever email address they sent the download links to.
If you read the blog, it said that when the game is released on steam (August 29th) that steam keys will be generated and emailed out on that day.
