I feel that some technology advancements should pop up at a certain date, rather than being fixed to only your “sound level”. Just feel stupid that for instance you don’t know jack about Stereo-sound until, let’s say… Playsystem3 has been released… which seems stupid that it took that long to invent stereo… I know it’s tired to your “sound level”, but it shouldn’t just be that… you should be able to get it regardless at a certain age, and if you cannot support it.(As in you place the sound slider too low for stereo to be 100%) Then that’s an entirely new problem, but that’s the players problem, the technology advancement. - But it’s not just Stereo sound, but also other sort of technology, which is somewhat common knowledge…
For instance. “Virtual Economy” or Co-Operative game-play came before then invention of Skill-trees.
Not to mention basic physics.
I agree but for what the game is, I guess it’s doable. I hope they’re already working on another one with more depth to it. I would definitely be interested in purchasing it too. Spent the whole day at work today playing. Right now I am doing quite well and about to start developing my own console. I have to say it’s pretty boring once you get past the struggle. The lack of options/depth works ok in the beginning but it really kills the end game.
What I ask for should really not be that hard to add to a patch. But to add these things to a completely new game is outrages! Since the coding is already in the game on certain technology.
It even require less work than re-making the reviewer system.
I would be highly disappointed if they consider this too major to add into the game.
