If you mean translations, then no.
It’s only available on English speaking services, so there is no point.

If you mean by “it’s only avaliable on English speakin services, so there’s no point” that Windows is only English, you’re wrong there.

If you mean by that, that the program you made it in won’t let you change the language? Just change the data values and it should probably work.

Otherwise, I don’t know.
