I got GDT on Steam for a while, 2 days ago i bought it on mu MS Surface rt and i want to continue where i left of in my PC. Can anyone help me find my save game location?

The ModernUI (or Windows Store) edition’s save location has been fully disclosed on this forum before, however I suspect you may (NB: I do not have a Surface to test this with) have some difficulty in accessing the relevant folder.
