Right, so I know that the max game length is 35 and that the game doesn’t end there.
It’s cool and all that you still get to make games but why isn’t there a VERY long game length that gives you time to make more games on your favorite consoles?
For example, I wanted to make a few more large games for the Wii but sadly the console went away quickly.
Maybe IF there will be a super long game length, we could perhaps have the Gameling Colour and the Gameling Advanced?
Well honestly the systems that disappeared(though the wii clone shouldn’t disappear since it can still be bought now) it doesn’t make sense to keep them availible for longer than they were in real-life…I loved the n64 but you probably won’t see me developing for it. You kinda have to phase out old systems just to make room for the new versions though…(and quite frankly they were trying to follow the history of these systems just in making them)
I understand, but the purpose of my idea is to make it a bit longer just for publishing on your favorite console purposes.
I felt like there should be difficulty level and/or speed setting. Just like SimCity… at the current speed, it’s hard to make games fast enough, and to make a bunch of games for your favorite console, but if you could a slower setting, it’d be an easier game and you could play more. So Novice is slow, and Veterans can play at this speed.
Well there technically is a speed setting right on the company set up screen. I think all it does is set up a different score calculation time…and there may have been something about the console time but I’m not sure to be honest…
Yup, that delay consoles and some others events. In fact you can switch to 25, 30(the oen by default) or 35 years of evented gameplay. But honestly, 5 more years is nothing, well, nothing significant at least.
If mods were allowed, I could release one to fix that(it’s really easy), but as they are forbidden, i can just head you to the Modding section of the wiki. Maybe you could find a way to do it yourself.
