Suggestions for next update

Game Dev Tycoon ideas

After being playing this game i have a couple suggestions:

  • Add the whole Nintendo branch (Nintendo DS Lite, Nintendo DSi, Nintendo DSi XL, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo2DS)
  • Add the whole Sony Portable branch (PSP 1000, PSP 2000, PSP 3000, PS Vita, etc [i don’t own any so i don’t know all the PSP’s released])
  • Add all the “Gameboy” branch (Gameboy Advance, Gameboy SP and all the others)
  • Add the many operative systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) inside the PC branch.
  • Add more marketing strategies (Online Advertising, TV Advertising)
  • Add the effects of each marketing strategies on their description (maybe with green for positive and red for negative)

When i come up with more suggestions ill post them ^^

NO!!! Those aren’t consoles! Those are just renewed version of the PSP!

I would agree if those were firmware but they are actually new versions of the console itself, like PS1 and PS2 there is PSP 1000 and PSP 2000

But PS2 is a completely new platform supporting new games! Well i guess the psp milleniums (thats what i call them dont judge me) are new platforms too.

I agree that we should look into our financials with this chart system like the MMOs so we can focus a lot more. Maybe also have a chart to what people like more at the moment.

They still are new consoles, even having retrospective.

There are already some of those in modpacks very probably, what i was trying to say is to get those into the vanilla game ^^

Another great thing would be for the MMO’s to generate monthly income, just like WoW did in the reality. Not like in the game where you only get money for every copy sold. :smiley:

I would mutch more prefer greenheart to work on either game dev tycoon 2 or a new game then add stuff to the game that you can easely get from mods, And the Camelot mod is also one to definatly keep an eye on
