Hey I want to suggest the following:
Multi- Research: You can research this option which lets you research multiple things at once but it takes longer then a regular research.
Testers: Before releasing the game to reviewers you get suggestions from friends or people who tell you what they like and don’t like
Online ability: You can share games, Develop a game or console or engine with a friend, lone him/her money
I also have some ideas, issues that I feel can make the expeirce better.

When I send my team on vacation I dont know when they come back, I
dont even know they leave, cause I see a ghost image of them and that
it. I need to keep clicking on the image to know if they are back or
not. -
I am never sure what branch of training will improve in my team.
There should be something that instructs the players as to what the
different branches can do for your team. -
About Market Research, I made some great games for different platforms,
all rated 8/9 or 10 and because I didn’t understand the market for
each platform the game failed. Where can I access this information
readily? Its killing me not to have access to this. -
I am not sure if we have a work cycle since my team is perpetually
sitting at their desk. Is there a day/night cycle? If not what represents
them “sleeping” in the game. When they do nothing? (no production) -
Why create and engine when I don’t see a jump in production, or an
ease on cost when developing new games. I thought the engine would be like say, rather than
start from zero in every game you would have an advantage in both
cost and time. Since you are familiar with the tech. I don’t see any
advantages. -
Why cant we upgrade and existing engine. Why must we always build a
new one?
