Suggestion: Specialization Benefits

I’m really not sure what specialization adds to. As far as I can tell, especially on large projects, where stuff take more workload than usual, specialized members will do the same job a little bit easier (I’m not sure about this though)

Now, the suggestion: If a specialized member is working on his/her area, that area also gets extra free points that would allow you to add more features into the game. For example, if a member specialized in Sound is working on Sound area, it’ll allow you to add more sound features in without adjusting the sliders.

-edit* I just researched AAA and it seems they’re related to these. Just researched it though, will take a look.
-edit2* I think my first assumption is correct, only difference is, as AAA budget is higher, you can add more stuff. But the suggestion above is for medium/large projects, AAA is fine.

seems like a good idea do the specialists gain skill over time?
IE: lvl 2 sound specialist can program audio a little faster.
