Its 30th August and I still havent received my Steam key. Can someone please explain me why? The pinned topic says that all keys have been sent.
Maybe it’s a case of just not getting the e-mail?
Do you still have the email with the original download link?
If so, look at the windows link, it should look like:
https://sites.fastspring.com/greenheartgames/order/dl/yourordernumber/5characterstring (Don’t know if the 5 character string is the same from everyone or not)
Make that:
http://customers.greenheartgames.com/fastspring/order/yourordernumber/5characterstring
At the top of the page there should be a “retrieve steam key” button, if not:
If you have not received your email please contact orders@fastspring.com and ask them to resend the order fulfillment email. When doing so provide your order-id.
