Is there a way to speed up the amount of time a game take to complete? and once I create a system can other studios make games for my hardware?
Modding should allow both of them.
iirc, speeding up the time should be included in the Camelot Expansion Pack.
and the second thing should also be easy, depending on to what you’d like to make of it.
