Does someone know how often the request about buying new hardware appears in-game? Is there a fixed interval?

It will appear in 17-25 years? I don’t really remember.
If you don’t really remembered, why not research it? 
The prompt to upgrade the office/computers will repeat every twenty weeks once the conditions are met.
