Some ideas to the Research Limbo

Hi there, my friends.

I would like to give you some ideas about the RESEARCH.

Yesterday I’ve installed GDT for the first time. I’ve played for 4 hours!!!
But I saw that the only way to get Research Points (RP) is working (Developing Game or Creating Custom Engines or the Work Contracts).

I think if its possible to show player other ways to Research things, not just in-game like, but at a real process scale. And I think its a good way to use the environment as well.

So… to put the worker to play a boardgame, a magic cube, video game, chess… Its a chance to use all the office structures and give the player the chance to buy new things that help with Research.

By this way, when a worker is on vacation and another one is already training or researching anything, you can work hard to get some RPs. Just a few, but its better than see the worker just sit waiting, and the monthly expenses keep coming.

Think about that:

- Toys, games, books, processes and other environmental things that the player can put in the office to help workers get RPs.

Neat idea!

That could really be put as stuff in the R&D lab for extra cash.

You forgot RP gain by making Game Reports and the R&D Lab will generate RP when it has a budget and no active project :wink:
