So,hi,I’m Vitor from Brazil and I’m new here, and love Game Dev so much, and I have some ideas. Hope You guys like!

  1. Sandbox mode,Like if we could be in the last office,with some money, and participate in the games market since the start, with our own consoles, and old games.
  2. I Would love some Theme/Genre called Platform or some kinda of Nature theme, like the games: Flower,Sound Shapes,Contrast. I really don’t know how to create a Mario game , or a Sonic one.
  3. Info on what Engine we used on the game.
  4. Buy franchises,Studios, being friendly or rivals with them.
  5. Pre-sales based on hype.
  6. Awards,All-Star games would never give me a award u.u LOL
  7. More Console options, Portable,Dual Screens, New formats, Phones, Pc’s , New colors and etc…
  8. You could be able to make seperate teams in the end game to do different things for your game, e.g. one team on graphics, one team on AI… (By BFD)
  9. Make DLC’s

Well that’s just this on my head now,besides my anger that my Zoo Tycoon isn’t catching on my Xbox lol. Sorry for any errors and Thank you for any consideration given to the topic.

Number 4 and 5 look cool, I also kind of wanted a pre-purchase type mechanic in the game and the different studios sounds interesting, I might see how you make mods for GDT and make one with them in it. :smile:

I thought you would be able to make seperate teams in the end game to do different things for your game, e.g. one team on graphics, one team on AI, thats it really.

Actually planning on adding gamemodes to my ExpPack I would like to see if I could do this. Great Idea.

Something I am planning on doing in my ExpPack :stuck_out_tongue:

This is a good idea, planning on adding some outsourcing to my ExpPack, but this would also be good. Could have each of your staff members run a team when they have specialised into one of the categories. Their team would be unmanaged but you could assign a budget and possibley have a new “Leadership” stat or what not.

Features I would love to see to. Might be a little difficult but I would be interested in seeing if this is possible via a mod. Though it might take a while.

Couple of mods that do a great job of this, you should check them out :smile:

nice ideas, I agree with most of them.

not sure how I missed the lack of a “Platform” topic. should have been obvious. lol! the other topics are good ideas as well.

I love the pre-sales idea and of course the DLC. we already have a Life topic, and we know that some companies can make quite a bit of profit on just DLC alone!
