Love game dev tycoon but i am not so good at the game so i was wondering if you guys could Add a mode that allows you to get money and get more years or endless years if you want.

You already have endless years. You can continue playing after you finish the story.
If you are having trouble just think about best selling games in the real world. Remake Halo or RDR and you might find yourself with a lot of money. Just avoid ridiculous game combos (Vocabulary RPG) and stay away from leaving the garage to soon.
