Currently I’m living in Bangladesh, and I’m trying to download GDT, but unfortunately it doesn’t work out.
The download speed we have here is 125KB/s, which should be enough, but when I try to download GDT it only reaches ~4KB/s max. I think you use amazon for the download servers, do they not have mirrors for Asia? Steam uses a Singapore server for Asia.

I had someone else report a similar issue. In that instance it was because our files are not digitally signed and their Anti Virus was taking forever to examine and quarantine every file. Once they disabled their AV the download completed in minutes.
We are working on having our files digitally signed. Until then please try disabling your Anti Virus during the download. Please do so at your own risk and its important not to browse other sites during this time.
