That functionality is already built into the scripts it was simply disabled until such time as we had a decent number of uploads to make it worthwhile. The issue at hand seems to be getting developers to actually upload their modifications. As itās not only unethical to upload them ourselves but probably illegal under international copyright legislation there is a need to encourage all the developers to make use of the site or change the scope of the whole site to a toplist style set of github links as 90% of the major developers store their mods there.
I send most of the mod authors a little while ago (about 3 days) a PM that we would like it if you upload their mods onto Game Dev Mods. Some of the people did it, but I think I will have to contact more people about giving me the rights to upload their mods on the site.
Indeed, gaining permission from the author is the other method if they do not wish to upload themselves
