So, has anyone here played “Game Dev Story”? Phone app, pretty similar to this, but also different. This game takes the win either way, but it is very similar in terms of name, story, gameplay, etc. There are a few notable accomplishments by this game, for example, researching, and, i cant stress this enough, this isnt an insult or meant to offend, I was just wondering if you guys got some of your ideas form that game. If not, check it out.
They said that inspiration for this game was drawn from GDS by Kariosoft, but they thought the game was missing aspects and just felt overall incomplete.

They saw Game Dev Story and thought about how they could do the same concept better.
Inspiration maybe but the gameplay is totaly different… like, completely!!!
Yeah this game has much more and is much better than GDS, Glad they made it!
