Why would you want to cheat?
Actually if you don’t know how to edit your saves files yourself, i would not recommend using someone else their save file.
It can corrupt your game and since you probably have no clue about editing yourself, it would end up with you having problems with your game.
I won’t give you my save file because I’ve never believed in save gaming. Just play the game, if you’re having trouble, the community has tons of tutorials! But you’ll never get better this way. It’s like in school when kids ask you to give them answers, my response is always, “I won’t give you an answer, because you won’t learn, but I’m willing to help you get to an answer.”
