Where are saved game files stored? I have a new windows 7 computer and I want to grab the save files from my old XP machine and move them over, where can I find them? Thanks.
For windows 7 it’s :
C;/users/yourname/AppData/Local/Game Dev Tycoon/ Local Storage
Your savegame should be file_0.localstorage
My old games are on an XP Hard Drive, where can I find them on that?
make sure to enable “show hidden files” then take look at “X.\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME”
…haven’t used XP in ages…but that’s the usual place to look for.
replace X: with the xp drive letter like D: or E: etc
