First, I would like to say that I really enjoy the game and that I think that Greenheart Games did an amazing job for their 1st game. 
Now let’s get to the idea part 
I think that it would be a nice addition to the game, if you could take a training course to specialize in certain genres. For example, If my Tech and my Design levels were high enough, I could research a special course for Action Games, which would allow you to gain a higher rating for an Action game.
