a actual leveling system where you can gain xp by developing a game and training. easier leveling a higher level cap and bonuses when you level!plz respond if this si possible and if you would want to if its possible would you want to start a collab with me?

This is something I am starting to do with my mod, just laying foundations at the moment but at the moment staff members get a chance to improve a skill after they have made a game.
