I would do it in a forumstyle, and just use a free forum site where you can make one. Not to unprofessional, though.

OK. Lets think. If we have a forum site then all it will be is like the Unofficial Mod Index on this forums site. On the other hand, with a free site from a website builder we can provide user who login to create a page for their mod. No mixing with comments etc. It gives the user the easiest way possible to download mods!
