Idea: Have the option to log in to GitHub and have UME upload it for you. I think this would be a good idea because some people can’t figure that stuff out.
Good idea! I’ll take it into my to-do list!
I don’t understand how to make researches require previous items…
Such as my 4D Engine requiring the 3D Engine V7… It didn’t work for me.
You don’t have an option for it, but you can simply write your engine directly in the field:
So instead of selecting an existing value, simply type in the ID of the research you’ve created. In the future, UME will allow to select custom created items, too.
Id or Name?
So for my 5D engine Criteria it would be:
ID: eb8c51b5-3105-43a0-a46c-7ff6301130b9
or
Name: 4D Engine
??
The ID. I know… it looks cryptic
Great. Let me know if it worked for you.
Oooh… Problem…
My Console Release Date: 3/6/2
Time: 9/4/3
If you load a previous profile and start using a new mod, that adds console, with ume, it doesn’t work…
(I don’t know if it is GDT or ume…) [I just noticed it]
That’s GDT. You have to start a new profile to add a mod to the game.
How do I make my Mod onto Github?
I made a new mod and a video!
http://youtu.be/w3yBRls4lMU (it’s uploading)
(this is not the mod I was talking earlier)
Test MediaFire, it’s easier
I have error:
@alphabit, I am the GDT Upgrade Mod Developer, and I found a bug.
I add the consoles correctly, do all the stuff that’s necessary, but the market share of the consoles just go crazy, the people that downloaded my mod now that my Arcade console was with 100% market share and no matter what I do the market share always variate with crazy market share
Thanks for reading, and please FIX
@alphabit I found another bug, the achievements that I select to be unlocked by game size are unlocked at the start of the game
