Regarding Steam keys for Windows 8 Store versions

I for one are apart of the small majority of people who purchased the Windows 8 store version because of our eagerness to play this game right away, however, the store is proving quite inadequate for me due to the fact that I use Steam every day, like many people. I would enjoy the playtime tracking and the achievements, and being able to talk to the other people on my friend’s list that also play GDT, but I’m getting quite worried.

A few months ago where I asked the same question, IIRC that I was told you were figuring out how you could get Steam keys for Windows 8 Store versions. Have you got any news regarding if this is possible or not?

Yeh if i read this properly you want a steam key with your windows 8 store purchase?
I’m pretty sure you get it emailed to you.

Are you sure? I really hope so, I don’t mind buying the game a second time if it means getting it on Steam, but having a key for it would be a great help.
