Question on how the custom engine works

If I create my own engine with everything I want like 3D graphics etc, once I’ve chosen the engine I want do i have to chose the 3D graphics etc on the side for it to work or will i have to chose the cheapest one and it’ll still use the one on my custom engine?

Nobody else gonna to answer this i’ll

  1. When you create a custom engine avoid renaming it the same engine previously, if you already have create one. If not it’s still good to remember that due there is a “bug” that it will not let you choose any engine selections during Development Stages. (We will investigate and aim to fix bugs in the newer update arriving no later than August 2013 unless noted otherwise by @PatrickKlug)

  2. When finish creating a new engine, Click developed new game after you choose the name, topic and genre(s). you choose the engine you just created and a platform of your choice.

  3. then when in development stage 1-2 and 3 you get to selected how you want the sliders and the selections you created with your engine.

Hopefully I Answer this with clear instructions. If not here is a thread similar to this one

They have pretty much summed it up, the features of the Custom Engines basically “add” to the games you have, like Racing Games for example, using the Joystick, Game pad, Achievements, etc. in my opinion boosts up that type of game, its useful not to use all the features when the percentage goes lower, just whats needed.
