Do anyone know any game to create your own console or hardware? (without Hardware Tycoon from @Haxor)

Tech executive tycoon, but it’s not out yet. No other games that focus on hardware, only Mad Games Tycoon or GamersGoMakers where you can develop consoles alongside games.
