[QUES] Best Combination of Mods right now?

I am curious about this actually. See, I played the game and finished it a few times now, and havent touched it in months. Just found out about Mod support which excites me. I am curious as to which combinations of Mods that exist right now add the most life to the game in terms of Topics, Consoles, Events, ect.

The “Expansion Pack” Mod sounds like a winner but are there any others that connect well with that and dont conflict?

@Rex0099, you forgot the InfoStatsMod mod by @alphabit. That’s another one I would highly suggest trying, it gives you alot of additional info about your games and such :smiley:

And those mods in combination don’t conflict with the “Expansion Pack” mod?

Also the ChatMod which actually doesn’t add any content (topics, platforms, etc) but it’s 100% compatible with others mods :smile:

Well I’m not sure about the online mod (since it isn’t published yet), but all the other ones won’t conflict with it

Try my mod from what I know I only have a topic that is in another mod, but no worries.

Depending on what game experience you want, you may want to try the following:

  • Expansion Pack
    Greatly enhances contents, like topics, researches and events, adds custom prices and custom computers.

  • Camelot
    Introduces new gameplay elements, new story lines, improves visuals

  • TweakMod
    Provides various game tweaks, such as removing the TypeWriter effect, show simple dialogs as overlay

  • InfoStatsMod
    Introduces statistics and information about various aspects of the game, such as games released, sales, etc.

  • CheatMod
    If you want to explore the possibilities of the game, or simply want to get the maximum, then use this.

  • CompetitorMod
    If you want to add AI controlled competitors to your game (in development).

  • ChatMod (haven’t used it)
    If you want to chat with buddies while playing GDT.

You can, of course, combine them. To use some of these mods, you need the UltimateLib installed as module in GDT.

Some proven combinations I use:

  • ExpansionPack, TweakMod, InfoStatsMod, Camelot and CheatMod.
  • ExpansionPack, TweakMod, InfoStatsMod, Camelot
  • ExpansionPack, TweakMod, InfoStatsMod
  • TweakMod, InfoStatsMod

I am thinking this combination: ExpansionPack, TweakMod, InfoStatsMod, Camelot

And maybe ChatMod. Maybe.
