So, I purchased this game via Paypal and never had to register to these forums awhile back, I can probably find the paypal information including confirmation # and such, but I can’t even find my NON steam version of the download at the moment… Let alone the Steam key…
What information do I need to send…
Okay, so apparently I didn’t buy it via paypal, I used a debit card, lol… Which I don’t have anymore, I only have the last 4, the expiration etc, because my bank account was receiving fraud charges. But yeah, I have the info required I’m sure, just need to know what it is.
(I don’t think it was paypal atleast, I searched for green in the emails and found nothing, same with games, but paypal is a pain at times also)

Email orders@fastspring.com with all the information you have and they will resend the email once they find you on our system.
Unless you purchased from the windows store then you can simply sign in to your account and re download.
We have sent out Steam keys already so if you have access to the email you purchased the game with then you should have received it.

I purchased it directly on the site when it first came available. And I’m in the email address I purchased it with, and so far, I haven’t received anything…
