I have the same problem on two game (Minecraft and Scrap Mechanics), the blocks are invisible, my graphics board is an AMD
Radeon HD 3400 (and I have all my drivers is updated, I have the radeon
software crimson edition and catalyst control center)
Try asking on the games’ fourms or Steam in case of Scrap Mechanic
or just search on google

Your graphics card seems to be a little outdated. The Radeon HD 3000 series was first released in 2007, making it 9 years old! You might want to invest in an upgrade, if you have a desktop.
But, I’m not here to criticize you for not having the world’s most up to date specs, as currently all i can play is Darkest Hour: A Hearts of Iron Game, as my old PC broke and now I’m on one that uses pre-2006 parts. If all of your drivers are updated, check the games forums, contact devs/support, and post on steam to see if anyone is having similar issues.

Alternatively, you could attempt to do a fresh install of either game. For minecraft, that means deleting EVERY minecraft folder on your device (except for your saves), such as.minecraft (Back up your saves if you need them!) And for scrap mechanic that means uninstalling on steam, going into your steam/steamapps/common folder, and deleting the remaining folder there. (assuming you’ve got it on steam, otherwise I can’t help)
