Please let us see the engine features in the engine list

I didn’t find similar topic and wonder why

The following feature request is applied to v1.3.14. Maybe it was already implemented in the following versions, please let me know if it is.

When I try to search best fitting engine for my new game there is a question: “What features does ‘Advengine’ or ‘Unigine’ support?”. The only solution for me is naming engine like (“3Dv3,mo/st,ms/js/sw…”) for the engine that supports 3D graphics v3, mono/stereo, mouse, joystick, steering wheel etc.

It would be nice if you give us a chance to see engine features while selecting game engine.

Thanks!

PS Sorry for my bad English.

It would be helpful to have insight of what features an engine has, however i have been playing the game for a longer time and i just know which features my engines have.

I would like my game history to show me what engine i used for the games i made.
Makes it easier to apply the right engine for sequels

Oh, it would be much helpful.

I think this can be “autocompleting” previous engine version while creating sequel.
Example: you have developed sci-fi action game on the Uni2 engine and when create sequel see the form with filled “Sci-fi”, “Action”, “Uni2” (editable).

I kept wishing for both engine details and what engine was used on a game last night.

I always build omni-engines that just cover ALL the features. In that case, only my most recent engine is actually useful to me.

Wait a minute , I already have 3D Version 7 and I don´t have receive the joystick, steering wheel yet !
What happened ?

I think, steering wheel became available after racing simulator release.

I prefer specialized engines.

I have already made 2 Racing/Simulation Games , and I still don´t get nothing

Gamepad, Joystick, Steering Wheel and Mouse are no longer an Engine feature in version 1.4.1 and up.
This now Better User Experience.

That feature got patched out. It was a little silly - I once made a crack about ‘steering the ship of state’ by including a Racing Wheel feature on a Government Simulator.
