Everyone was offended by that joke, so I don’t see how you can blame it solely on Charlie. She didn’t use her emotions, but her brains. You know, that thing in your head you don’t seem to have.

You shouldn’t have any bad behavior in the first place. Charlie was in her right to ban you, 8 months sounds extremely fair to me for such a sensitive topic. It’s not like you apologised after, you continued to joke about it.
If you break the rules, you get bannned. Simple as that. I have been staff on multiple things, including a garry’s mod server at this very moment. Do you break a rule in that server? You get warned. Do you break a rule and cotinue to be a jerk about it? You get banned. That is exactly what happened here and Charlie did what she had to do. Banning is the easy, and with your attitude; not getting banned is much harder.
You didn’t. What you are doing now is also not allowed. We have no place for you here, so if you want to come back, you better fix your attitude and act like a normal person would, because you look incredibly stupid right now. Sit out your ban and improve, or stay away forever.
Wait… I don’t know how to respond to this, but you wasn’t a bad person in my eyes. I didn’t even see your ‘rape’ joke. But my point here is, i don’t think you needed to be banned until June. That’s unfair in my opinion, but i don’t know what the other forum Members respond to this. Expect a lot of dislike of the other members, and i really wish you good luck.

Last time i checked, Rape jokes where definatly not for ages 12 +, tbh, thinking a rape joke is acceptable in the first place is absolutely absurd imo, and it is certainly of adult nature.

If you want people to reasonable with you, you need to be reasonable with them. If you wanted a decrease in ban time, this was not the way to do it. You should’ve apologized and swallowed your pride.
Why should Charlie unban you after getting all antsy like this? If you had just appealed in a calm manner, you would have been fine.

I don’t think they exist. Also you didn’t need to make a new account since you could just send an email. Also you didn’t need to post your so called “ban appeal” as a thread. You could of just sent a PM to @Charlie.
Also I remembered @Charlie saying that if you so “sneezed” you would get a life ban. So…
If you want to appeal your ban, send an email to support but I’d recommend you take a few months break, cool down and simply accept the fact that rape jokes are unacceptable, anywhere. This isn’t about you in particular. Anyone would get a ban for this.
