But i´m a bit paranoid with licences so i would ask you for a licence for let´s play it

You certainly can! The game is DRM free and you do not get a license strike when you let’s play it! Unless Greenheart Games was bought by Nintendo…

DRM free isn´t a permission for let´s playing ist, but i think too i won´t get a strike.
A Hint for te developers: Write down in your General Terms and Conditions Act that let´s plays are allowed, for example with Minecraft this was a good idea, cous the let´s play made the game big!
I don’t think you’ll have to worry about that, many people have uploaded videos of this game and have not gotten strikes for it. Plus it is free advertising for them, so what could they possibly be dissatisfied with

The only thing you might have to worry about is that the people who distribute might accidentally copyright your stuff

musi copiright isn´t a Problem - i am a let´s player since 2 months and before i have read very much about let´s playing so i only use music wich is made for use on youtube.
I have found this thread so i wrote an mail to the written adress, i hope i will ger a licence, couse how i said in the startpost - i´m a bit of paranoid…

I have been playing 1.4.1 now on steam and wasn’t sure if I could make a video of it yet…
