I am currently making a YouTube lets play on Game Dev Tycoon and I can monetize my videos and I am asking for permission so I don’t have anymore problems with Youtube.
If someone could tell me firstly if I can and secondly if so can give me permission.

From what I recall, Greenheart Games allows you to monetize your videos just fine, BUT some of the music in the game is copyrighted to a company other than them (I do not know what tracks). You’d have to purchase a license for each music track in the game that is copyrighted through that company (costly AND annoying), or you can mute the in-game music and instead use something else that you do have the rights for (or better yet, do some good commentary).
