Percentages in the Dev Stage & Mods

There are more and more Mods which include new Engine parts that you can research and build into your game engine. But i do not understand how to implement them in a game. I am currently able to produce AAA games, which should be the largest possible games you can make in GDT, yet i cannot fit more than 2-3 futures into each category without losing Percentage Points in the Dev Stages.

Is there a Mod that makes it possible to produce… i don’t know… AAAA games? Or am i missing something here?
There are all these awesome engine parts, like destructable Enviroment for example, which can cost 1.5M at times making it impossible to include it in the game. Or are the percentages totally unimportant

yes youre right, we need something to to implement all the feature, want to make a game with all features^^
my ideas to fix this: make the speed of the staff more important for the development so more speed = early finished features or more time for the gamedev/larger game, like you said 4A games

and one thing i want to know if it would be possible to mod 2 additional staff members, to have a specialized one for each development field?
