I just wanted to ask what does the percentage next to features mean, do they lower the game quality when it’s less then 100% or is it just for the bonus of good management or something?

Percentages says how much of the installments gets finished. If you klick to much of them and the sliders are to low then a percentage is displayed for example 80% that mean 80% of the installments gets finished in the time you have for the stage, so if a percentage is displayed you game has more installed features, but they are not completly implemented and may have a negative effect of the rating. only 100% (nothing displayed) is the best
in my game, the issue with this is that you literally can’t add any new features if you want to keep it cost-effective,
