It would be very nice if there are some times when a multiplayer for Game Dev Tycoon.

FOR EXAMPLE with:
Server Browser
Creating server
Peer-to-Peer (Voice over IP)
And much more …

To the community:
Write your suggestions for multiplayer.

Ok then, well

  1. This has been suggested before but, I’ll play your game
  2. I’m not really interested in the in-game voice chat, some people don’t like talking to complete strangers they are playing a game with. I’ll understand more if its a private server, but you can just get, Skype or sit next to 'em.
  3. I would look forward to competitiveness, where you are notified if your opponent release an epic game (9.5+) or where your ultimate goal is to get more money than the other within the time limit or releasing the most epic games (9.5+)
  4. Alternate History, where different events can randomly happen for different consoles which may prevent them from being awesome or developing to what they should be. E.g. In recent news, Ninvento has decided to declare bankruptcy after poor sales of their recent console, the TES. They plan on ending the console by the end of the year.

Yes, I agree. That would be pretty awesome. If we can’t have AI players, then at least we could have human players. Dare we hope for such a thing? They don’t even want to tell us that they intend to do further work on Game Dev Tycoon, so I would infer that the chances are slim. :frowning:

Oh would be nice but like 3 or 4 players with a company from scratch no hints, and after ps5 is gone slug it out with their own consoles or mmo’s and maybe players developing games for their consoles and ultimately fighting to get ahead like Microsoft and Sony!

I think it would work like this the servers aren’t created by green heart but created by player like in minecraft they just make a tab for servers.

Well like companies do in real life compete against each other.

You just do the same as you do in singleplayer, except, you compete against some other player. It’s like all multiplayer games, e.g. Minecraft, in singleplayer, you mine, craft and build. In multiplayer, you mine, craft and build but with friends of noobs.
