May I know how many computer am I able to install the game on it ( via what? ) and will you able to install to another personal computer after you uninstalled the game from that computer?

Or do you mean the same as i do: “I have my PC @ Home, and My Laptop @ Work. I want to play the game on both”
But i think you can install it 1000 times on your own PCs.

I’ve purchased the game and have it installed on my laptop & my Desktop PC. I’m sure i read on this site somewhere that you can legally install it on a total of 3 machines.
It’s DRM-Free, you can install it on ∞ numbers of machines. As long it’s yours.
If a friend ask you to install it on his machine, tell him he’s a greedy ****** and don’t deserve to be your friend
