No Steam Key, Response Time

I purchased GDT before it was available on Steam. I never received the email with the steam key once it was available (my guess is it went into SPAM). I emailed the "orders@fastspring.com" with my order information including my order number.

I was wondering what the average turnaround time is for these type of requests.

They often answer within 24 hours, at peak times it can take slightly longer. When did you contact them?
