I want to still play this game but i cant play it on steam and I want to use mods if you can possibly add it to the version off steam that would be wonderful i cant play on steam because my computer will crash i do have a bad computer so please mods to the non steam version.
there is mods on the non steam version (apart from the windows store version). If you are not using windows store it is very likely your game is outdated
Mod Support is added in the non-steam version (not the Windows Store) since update 1.4.5. All the tutorials will still be the same with Steam and non-steam, the only difference is the folder. Make sure you have 1.4.5 or higher and you’re good to go. 
Ask for a refund if your specs do not meet the reuiremtns

I Use non-steam and I use mods.
I don’t see where he said he didn’t have the minimum requirements for the game… if he doesn’t, he should’ve payed more attention. No refunds for people not reading the requirements… that’s how games work.
