Every time I play through the game, I get nineteen top hit games in thirty years. Not eighteen top hits, not twenty top hits. I’m pretty sure I could get less if I tried (but why would I?). A better question is, how do I get more than that?
I can’t seem to increase my scores by earning more money. The money-section of the score apparently caps out at 5,555,555 points. That’s a shame; I’ve gotten better at making my nineteen top hits turn out more and more money, and now I tend to end thirty years near the billion mark. There just aren’t a lot of ways for me to increase my score. Producing more games is something I’ve pushed at. Perhaps if I knew the scoring value of Medium versus Large I could make a better decision about which to focus on…
I might also be able to release another console, although releasing a fourth console would involve cannibalizing potential sales off the others, and it would make it hard to release games for my own consoles. Four console releases in the last office is pretty much the limit.
My high score is presently 72,845,188.19. That’s what I’m trying to beat. What should I do differently?
After the steam release changes, my highest top hits mark is 17.
