I Guese not cause assassin’s creed isn’t a ninja game.
They could, but they would apply in different times. A ninja could be Modern but an Assassin in 1842.

Social: These would be games like Farmville, that have a multiplayer function to them. Because they are meant for a mass appeal, the topic wouldn’t be good for mature players.

Math. These would cover games that focus on using math and number or logic problem solving. More than likely an edutainment game, hence them being bad for mature.

I like the idea of Math. You could also add in science and english and create virtual games for school, such as schools that use tablets instead of schoolbooks, but these would be more of games. The life of speculation. 
English would probably fall under vocabulary. (BTW, why IS vocabulary not good for young gamers?)
Good idea with Science. Maybe call it “Science Fact” to contrast it with the Sci-Fi topic.
