  17. Development Kids for our custom console
  18. Let other developers like Ninvento make games for our console.

me too, these ideas would be great for the game.

I think it’s implied that other developers are making games for your consoles, but it would be nice to see some kind of Developer’s License fee, like you have to pay for theirs.
I also think it would be cool to offer publishing deals to other developers, as a way to release games on the cheap if you’re low on funds, but for less profit.
